Tough Workouts Last Week

Footpod Calibrated!
This morning I calibrated my footpod using the treadmill. It was very accurate and I hope to see improvement in my runs. Tomorrow is a long run and I’ll run my phone GPS as another method to gauge the real distance. We’ll see how it goes!
