I’ve enjoyed several days off with the family. It’s now time to go back to work. This spring has been really beautiful. The rain has been consistent and the temperatures have been really good. Especially considering that I do most of my running outside.

I’ve decided to run in the Hopes and Dreams 5k. So training has begun, however it will be shortened by 4 weeks. No telling how I’ll do. I’d love to run it in 22 minutes or less. We’ll see. Tomorrow I have some intervals to do. I hope my leg/knee hold out. It will be a good test. I need to get into the gym to do some light weight training on the legs and I guess, upper body too.
