All right! I’ve been on a hiatus since about mid July. The days in the Northwest are really long during the summer months. There has been tons to do around the house. In addition, I guess I needed a break from running. Sweat dripping into my eyes is a real hassle too. So I won’t complain too much. However, I did gain about 12 pounds. That’s a huge bummer.

The last 3 weeks I’ve been hitting the running on a much more consistent basis. I have also picked up weight training again. So I’m hoping these 12 pounds lose me soon! HA!

The latest Dr report on the blood work also needed some improvement. We’ll see what a couple months or exercise do to the levels. Hmmm…

Work is awesome! Just working through the remainder of October and into early November at breakneck speed. Looking forward to a slowdown until mid January? Actually I am not sure anything slows down…but I’m hopeful.
