It felt great to finally get out there and get it done.<\/p>\n<p>It was a beautiful day. Temperature was about 44 degrees&#8230;full sunshine and little wind. I began my run around 12:45 pm. My overall pace for the whole run was about 9:45 min\/mile. I packed my New Balance water belt. I filled the water bottle completely full as well as the additional 5 oz bottle. The 5 oz bottle I filled with PowerAide. By the end of the run&#8230;all the water was gone. While cooling down, walking home&#8230;I finished the 5 oz of PowerAide.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">I felt like I could have run at least 4 more miles without hurting too bad. In time&#8230; \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">I took a shower and later took a nap. I&#8217;ve got a week of midnight shifts coming up.
