This afternoon I was prescribed a different antibiotic. Hopefully this one will be much easier on my stomach than the other!<\/p>\n
Felt well enough to go for a 5 mile run. No major problems were encountered and the run was pretty uneventful. The run was an easy pace of about 9:30 miles. I just ran around the neighborhood…like usual.<\/p>\n
I feel like I could sleep until next week. Looking forward to my week of mid shifts…when I should get some decent sleep. This week will be full of travel and long nights\/days.<\/p>\n
On a positive note…my weight is the lowest it’s ever been while in Memphis. Let’s hope the trend continues for at least a few more pounds. Running while you’re lighter is much better than being heavier. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
