Getting Back"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>All right! I&#8217;ve been on a hiatus since about mid July. The days in the Northwest are really long during the summer months. There has been tons to do around the house. In addition, I guess I needed a break from running. Sweat dripping into my eyes is a real hassle too. So I won&#8217;t complain too much. However, I did gain about 12 pounds. That&#8217;s a huge bummer.<\/p>\n<p>The last 3 weeks I&#8217;ve been hitting the running on a much more consistent basis. I have also picked up weight training again. So I&#8217;m hoping these 12 pounds lose me soon! HA!<\/p>\n<p>The latest Dr report on the blood work also needed some improvement. We&#8217;ll see what a couple months or exercise do to the levels. Hmmm&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Work is awesome! Just working through the remainder of October and into early November at breakneck speed. Looking forward to a slowdown until mid January? Actually I am not sure anything slows down&#8230;but I&#8217;m hopeful.<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s to a great night&#8217;s sleep!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>All right!
